Currie Medical Specialties RGA Process and Terms & Conditions
The following Currie repair/replacement policy applies to equipment under warranty and/or under an active Currie contract in good standing.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which will be emailed to you by a Currie representative upon receipt and review of your RGA Request.
-
RGAs are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance.
-
Address all returns to:

Returned pumps will be replaced by Currie with like or similar pumps. Customer acknowledges that replacement pumps will have new/different serial numbers than the serial numbers being returned to Currie. Customer further acknowledges that these replacement pumps (and their corresponding serial numbers) will be attached as an exhibit to the Customer contract, and that the replacement pumps carry the same contractual obligations (e.g., purchase ratio, chain of custody, lost pump replacement value, etc.) as the pumps that are being returned.
-
Any customer-applied labels, RFID devices, stickers, etc. on Currie pumps should be removed by the customer prior to shipment. Any customer-applied labels, items, modifications, stickers, etc. that are not removed by customer in advance of shipment will be removed and discarded by Currie pump repair personnel.
-
All packing, shipping, insurance and handling costs of returned pumps to Currie shall be borne by Customer.
-
All packing, ground shipping, insurance and handling costs of replacement pumps to customer shall be borne by Currie Medical.
-
All pumps should be packed securely to prevent movement during shipping. Sufficient padding should be used to prevent damage during shipping. If shipping multiple pumps, please tag each pump with the RGA and the pump serial number.
-
Do NOT return tubing with your pump return.
-
All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to replacement pumps being issued. Items showing signs of neglect or abuse, incomplete pump assemblies, and other signs of physical damage that is not normal wear and tear will be treated as the equivalent of a “lost pump”, and Customer will be invoiced according to the contracted lost pump fee prior to issuing a replacement pump.
-
Returns without proper RGA documentation will be refused delivery and returned to Customer at Customer’s expense.
